1) Firstly, visit Official website of National Voter Service Portal(NVSP),
2) Go through the Home page and click on to "Login" Section,
3) Enter your respective "User Name" mostly your 10 digit Mobile No and enter your Password also,
4) Enter your Capture Code in the "Capture Code" Section,
5) Lastly Click on to "Login" and login page is open for apply for Voter card Migration to within or Outside Assembly Constituency,
6) Click on to "Migration to another Place" Option,
7) Please provide below details-whose voter card details is to be migrated from Electoral Roll - Self or Family member,
8) Select Migration outside your constituency or Migration within your constituency and then click on to the next button,
9) Then Open a Form-8A, select your language and go on to application details section,
10) Select your respective State, District and Assembly/Parliamentary Constituency ,
11) Please write your Name, Middle Name and Surname etc.
12) Write your update Part Number of electoral roll & Serial Number etc,
13) Its Show your EPIC Number- carefully checked it and enter any of yours family epic number,
14) Enter the 10 (ten) digit Mobile number and email id,
15) Please write your current address of your ordinary residence where you have to shifted,
16) After giving shifting address, you have to upload a supporting document in .jpg,.png, .bmp,.jpeg format,
17) Upload your Identify Proof(Photograph) and Address Proof , select type of Documents,
18) Carefully see the Declaration part,
19) Before final submission the form please write your place ,Date and Capture code etc,
20) Lastly checked the preview and submit the form.
21) After successfully submission ,you get a Reference Id and you check time to time the status.
