1) Open a New tab and type National Voter Service Portal(NVSP)- go to the Home Page,
2) Click on to "Login/Register" section ,
3) Carefully enter your User Name, Password and Capture Code etc. and click on to Login,
4) Then Click on to the "Fresh Inclusion/Enrollment" and open a new page,
5) Select your Citizenship Type-"I reside in India" or  "I reside outside India",
6) Select your State and click on to Next Button,
7) Before entering the full details, please fill the red (*) mandatory field,
8) Then go through the Address Section,
9) Before entering the address, select your Parliamentry or Assembly Constituency,
10) Thereafter, enter your full address-State, District, Village, Post Office and Pin Code etc. by the  English language as well as regional language also,
11) Select type of Address proof and Upload your Address proof Document in .jpg ,.jpeg format,
12) Enter your family member EPIC No and click on to Next Button,
13) Then Enter your Date of Birth, Personal Details, Additional information and Declaration,
14) Lastly Checked the Preview and submit for New voter card.

     You just follow the simple steps before submission of new Voter card into the National Voter Service Portal(NVSP) to get the online voter card.
