The Indian Nationals:
The Indian Nationals will require these documents:
1. PAN Card: (Self attested copy of Elected Partner or Partner)
The PAN card copy is a required document for the Integration where the Name written in the PAN card will be taken as the name for identity of proof, accordingly it is essential to preserve the PAN Card up-to-date (in case of change of name, or wedding) at the time of submission the documents. In case there is any mistake in the PAN Card then the process will get loose.
2. Voter's ID/ Passport/ Driving License: (Self attested copy of Elected Partner or Partner)
Any of the above said proofs can be attached with the documents and these proofs should hold the name and details parallel to the name and particulars definite in the PAN Card, in example they are not so then one should get them fixed before submitting them to the R.o.C. The above stated documents can be used as a address proof of the Elected Partner's at the current address. The documents like Election Card, Ration card, Aadhaar Card etc. can also be delivered here as proof of identity.
3. Scan copy of Up-to-date Bank Statement/Telephone bill or Mobile Bill/Energy or Gas Bill: (Self attested by Elected Partner or Partner)These bills are to be attached as a resident proof and should be latest or recent which can be 2-3 months old and not more than that so as to get acknowledged. It should contain the name of the Elected Partner as stated under the PAN Card.
4. Scanned copy of passport-sized photograph
The Foreign Nationals:
1. Passport:
The passport of the foreign nationwide is required for the Absorption as it states the personality of the foreign countrywide. The Passport declaring the Name and Date of Birth of the Elected Partner should be mentioned and authenticated and should be in English Language. (Converted in case the same is in foreign language)
2. Address Proof:
The Elected Partner can attach any of the below mentioned documents as an address proof:
Driving License
Residence Card
Bank Statement
Government issued form of Identity containing Address
3. Residential Proof:
The Elected Partner can attach any of these documents which are Bank statement or any kinds of bills such as Energy Bills, phone Bills, and Mobile Bills. (Apostilled and authenticated document)
In respect of Registered Office Address:
The recorded office address proof as stated below shall be defer to along with the form filed for Certificate of Combination in the name of the Limited Liability Partnership form.
The document stating the full address of the property where LLP will be registered such as Electricity Bill/land property Tax Bill/ phone Bill etc required.
No Objection Certificate, in case of Leased Property: The no objection certificate along with the legal Lease Agreement by the landlords of the Assets.
