PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: Eligibility criteria

Eligibility criteria to receive the full benefits of PM Kisan Scheme

All Land Assets holder & farmer families having cultivable proprietorship land area up to 2 hectare, whose names recorded in the Land and and records portal of each States/UTs as on date 01.02.2019, are capable to received full benefit of PM Kisan Scheme via Bank Account.

Non Eligible criteria

Out of these, the following person /family are not eligible to get the benefit the PM Kisan Scheme….

• All Formal Land owners; and,

• Family member former & present holding a constitutional posts,

• Family member former & holding a Minister, Members of Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha, State Legislative Assemblies or State Legislative Councils, Any Corporation Mayors or Chairpersons of District & Panchayats etc. who are not eligible for this Scheme.

• All retired person, whose Monthly pension are Rs.10,000/-or more(excluding Gr-D)

• All person, who is filed the Income tax return and Paid the Tax also,

• Professional person like, Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountant booming out profession by undertaking practices.
